Senior Production Officer – Manufacturing Coordination

About the role

The Senior Production Officer will support the Head of Department in managing administrative, budgetary and production coordination activities at Bosch's Long Thanh plant. This role ensures smooth information flow, accurate budgeting and efficient plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Department with department management, communication and coordination tasks.
• Organise department events, meetings, workshops and other engagement activities.
• Handle business travel arrangements, travel claims, training logistics and maintain departmental documents and reports.
• Plan and monitor the department budget in Business Planning (BP) and Current Forecast (CFx), supporting session managers with forecasts and updates.
• Analyze budget variances, highlight risks and recommend corrective actions to ensure budget accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate production‑related activities, priorities and information flow across sessions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and support supervisors in plant activities.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance reporting and coordination efficiency.

Required profile

• University or college degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, business administration, production coordination, controlling or related functions.
• Basic knowledge of budget planning, cost management, financial controlling and manufacturing operations.
