Senior Project Associate (Counter-Trafficking and Criminal Justice)

About the role

The Senior Project Associate will support the coordination, management and technical delivery of projects that strengthen Vietnam’s counter‑trafficking and criminal justice response. The role focuses on victim‑centred, rights‑based and trauma‑informed approaches while building capacity of law‑enforcement, border, prosecutorial and judicial actors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities in line with IOM standards, donor requirements and national priorities.
• Provide technical support to strengthen victim‑centred, rights‑based and trauma‑informed interventions.
• Support capacity development for law‑enforcement, border, prosecutorial and judicial actors.
• Facilitate inter‑agency coordination among relevant stakeholders.
• Promote evidence‑based programming, operational tools and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Works under the overall supervision of the Head of Projects and Partnerships in IOM Vietnam and the direct supervision of the National Programme Officer (Border Governance).
• Collaborates closely with relevant programme units to ensure effective project delivery.
