Senior SAP SD Consultant – Joining Bonus

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) implementations on SAP S/4HANA. The role offers a joining bonus for candidates who start between 1 July 2026 and 31 October 2026 and provides the chance to work within a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP O2C S/4HANA module roll‑outs and implementations.
• Gather and document business requirements, analyse processes and propose improvements.
• Identify gaps between the standard template and local plant requirements, and define migration scope.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users on SAP O2C functionalities and Bosch best practices.
• Integrate SAP O2C with MM, FI, and WM/EWM modules to ensure data consistency.
• Coordinate with design‑build and business development teams to implement custom requirements.
• Validate data migration (sales orders, pricing, invoices, master data) and support test cycles including integration testing and UAT.
• Manage defect creation, tracking and resolution throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP O2C/S4HANA implementations, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and training.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.
