Senior Specialist, Customer Success – Security Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist in Customer Success for its Security Solutions portfolio. The role will help customers in the region maximise the value of Mastercard’s network products, improve cybersecurity posture and drive adoption of digital payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to assess solution viability and understand cyber‑threats affecting the financial and payments sectors.
• Identify optimisation opportunities that increase customer value and support strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Drive business growth by expanding usage of Mastercard services and generating qualified leads.
• Prepare customers for technical and program readiness, ensuring smooth rollout of security‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in Customer Success or related client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, sales and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of cyber‑security challenges in the payments ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and guide customers.
