Service Engineer (CNC Machine Tools)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer specialized in CNC machine tools to join our team in Hanoi. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance and technical support to our customers across Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair CNC turning and milling machines at customer sites.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical assistance, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, local dealers and the head office to streamline service processes.
• Document service activities and report findings to improve product reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in machine service or maintenance.
• Basic English communication skills and good computer proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically for service assignments.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

• Knowledge of CNC machines (turning and milling).
