Service Engineer

About the role

The Service Engineer will join Palfinger Marine Vietnam to ensure the reliable operation of marine equipment and systems. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing a range of technical solutions while providing on‑site support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission new equipment and systems, verifying correct functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to maximise equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, delivering timely repairs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Document service activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, machinery, electronics or IT systems.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
