Service Sales Manager (maintenance contracts and service solutions)

About the role

The Service Sales Manager will lead the growth of the nationwide after‑sales business, focusing on maintenance contracts, spare‑parts sales and integrated service solutions for industrial customers. The role requires deep knowledge of preventive, predictive and prescriptive maintenance and a strong customer‑centric mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the after‑sales business nationwide by promoting maintenance contracts, spare‑parts sales and integrated service solutions.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of service contracts covering preventive, predictive and prescriptive maintenance for industrial equipment.
• Identify market opportunities, generate leads and convert them into long‑term service agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in service sales or aftermarket business within industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive and prescriptive maintenance concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Vietnam and work independently.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
