Software Engineer – Java Web Development

About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Hanoi. You will work on offshore and customer‑facing development projects, handling the full lifecycle from design to delivery and ongoing maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java‑based web applications using Spring MVC, Spring Boot or Hibernate.
- Design UI components, write documentation, perform coding, testing and bug fixing.
- Collaborate with database and operating system teams to ensure smooth deployment.
- Produce technical reports and keep clear documentation of project progress.
- Maintain good relationships with team members and customers.
Required profile
- University degree or higher.
- At least 4 years of professional experience developing with Java.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
Required skills
- Java
- Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Front‑end framework experience (Vue.js, React or Angular)
- Software deployment, database and operating system knowledge
