Supply Chain Intern – German Language (Ho Chi Minh City)

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern fluent in German to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The intern will support global sales, logistics and purchasing projects and gain hands‑on experience with SAP and back‑office processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in global projects across Sales, Logistics and Purchasing domains.
• Perform detective controls for sales activities.
• Support back‑office (BPO) initiatives.
• Communicate project status and share information with German customers.
• Utilise ERP systems such as SAP to assist Bosch units in Germany and other countries with purchasing and sales processes.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student (3rd or 4th year) majoring in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship and able to provide a university recommendation letter.
• Proficient in English and German.
• Strong teamwork spirit and a positive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP (ERP) preferred.
