Supply Chain Intern – Japanese & English

About the role

The Supply Chain Intern will support global sales, logistics and purchasing projects for Bosch units in Japan, Germany and other countries. The role involves back‑office BPO tasks, communication with Japanese and German customers, and using ERP systems such as SAP to facilitate purchasing and sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in global projects across sales, logistics and purchasing.
• Execute back‑office BPO activities and ensure accurate data handling.
• Communicate project status and information with Japanese and German customers.
• Use SAP (or other ERP tools) to support purchasing and sales workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within Bosch Global Software Technologies.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Linguistics, Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship and able to provide a university recommendation letter.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
• Strong teamwork spirit, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP (preferred).
• Good command of English and Japanese languages.
