Supply Chain Process Officer (Japanese & English)

About the role

The Supply Chain Process Officer will support global sales, logistics and purchasing projects for Bosch units in Japan, Germany and other countries. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and Japanese/German customers, ensuring smooth back‑office operations and accurate logistics billing.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in global Sales, Logistics and Purchasing projects, including BPO initiatives.
• Communicate project status and information with Japanese and German stakeholders.
• Utilise SAP to support purchasing and sales processes across multiple Bosch entities.
• Perform logistics billing verification, checking shipment details, quantities, routes and contract rates.
• Validate invoices against transport agreements, rate cards and service conditions.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes and coordinate corrections with logistics service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for billing activities.
• Support reporting of logistics costs, discrepancies and resolution status.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of billing verification and cost‑control processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international customers.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical skills for invoice validation and discrepancy analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
