Supply Chain Transport Management Officer – German Shift

About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Transport Management Officer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City on a German shift. The role supports plant coordination, cost optimisation and sustainability initiatives across our logistics network.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and host regular coordination meetings with plants.
- Extract, consolidate and visualise data to track savings and report progress.
- Analyse transportation costs, especially air freight, and identify opportunities for mode shifts, localisation and cost optimisation.
- Provide crisis‑management support during unforeseen events.
- Prepare tender documents, verify volumes, collect plant requirements and participate in steering committees.
- Support sustainability and green‑logistics projects.
- Track global stackability and utilisation initiatives and drive efficiency improvements.
- Assist plants in implementing new sea‑freight logistics service providers for EU‑AP routes.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or transport management.
