About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will head the Ho Chi Minh recruitment team while staying hands‑on in filling critical positions. The role blends strategic leadership with day‑to‑day sourcing, requiring strong market intelligence and a proactive headhunting mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct high‑level searches for senior and executive roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve talent pipelines, employer branding, and recruitment metrics.
• Provide market insights and talent market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment consulting.
• 1–2 years of experience leading, mentoring or coaching a recruitment team.
• Proven success with a headhunting mindset and ability to deliver high‑quality talent.
