Technical Chemist – CCL & Color Matching

About the role

The Technical Chemist will provide technical support, colour matching, product testing and troubleshooting for CCL (Colour Coated Coil) coatings. The role works closely with sales, production, quality assurance and customers to ensure product quality and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform colour matching according to customer specifications and standards such as RAL and Pantone.
• Develop and optimise paint formulations for CCL applications.
• Conduct product testing, performance evaluation and troubleshooting of coating issues.
• Collaborate with production, QA and sales teams to resolve technical problems.
• Support customers with technical advice and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Paint Technology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in coatings, paint manufacturing, CCL coatings or colour matching.
• Familiarity with coil coating processes is preferred.
