Textile Technical Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Textile Technical Engineer to join our production team in Gia Lai. The role focuses on operating and maintaining key textile equipment while ensuring high‑quality output in processes such as DTY texturizing, weaving, and coating.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, adjust, and perform daily maintenance of production equipment in assigned processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures and technical instructions strictly.
- Monitor and control production parameters (temperature, speed, tension, etc.) to guarantee product quality.
- Participate in testing, trial runs, and adjustments of new materials or processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in textile manufacturing (weaving, DTY texturizing, coating, or similar).
- Familiarity with at least one textile process and its equipment operation.
