About the role
Join Bosch Global Services as a Travel & Expense Support Officer, providing first‑line assistance to associates worldwide on travel planning, expense claims and related systems. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will work in a call‑center environment handling inquiries via phone and internal ticketing tools.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to employees on travel bookings, expense claims and company policies.
- Assist users in troubleshooting travel & expense tools such as bTravel and the mobile application.
- Guide employees through travel request and expense submission processes.
- Resolve issues related to travel arrangements and reimbursements within defined SLA.
- Handle employee inquiries via the call centre and internal ticketing system.
- Support compliance with Bosch travel and expense policies.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centre or shared services.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and Japanese (N3 level or higher).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ticketing systems or support tools.
