Travel Operations Executive – Client Assignment

About the role

The Travel Operations Executive will ensure the smooth daily execution of confirmed travel bookings for our client’s tourism services in Vietnam. Working closely with suppliers, guides and internal teams, you will manage all operational touch‑points from booking confirmation to on‑tour support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with travel suppliers and local guides to confirm bookings and assignments.
• Perform reconfirmations and manage travel documentation for each itinerary.
• Provide on‑tour follow‑up, monitoring service delivery and resolving operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, supplier communications and client feedback.
• Support the preparation of travel reports and operational dashboards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel operations, reservations, tour operation, DMC or supplier coordination.
• Good understanding of Vietnam travel services and tour operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with guides, suppliers and internal teams.
