About the role
The QC Assistant will support the quality control function at our industrial site in Phú Yên, ensuring that audit processes and shipments meet the company’s standards. This position reports to the Section Leader and works closely with the QC Auditors team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the QC Auditors team and enforce staff discipline.
- Maintain weekly Quality System Audits and Dock Audits, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist the Section Leader in scheduling yearly and weekly Quality System Audits.
- Plan and control weekly shipments, monitoring compliance with quality requirements.
- Report any shipment‑related issues to superiors promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Basic English communication skills.
