Utility Control Staff / Supervisor

About the role

The Utility Control Staff / Supervisor will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and optimisation of all utility systems within our manufacturing facilities. This role ensures reliable service delivery, supports energy‑saving projects and guarantees compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain facility and utility systems including HVAC, electrical, water, wastewater, compressed air, LPG, fire protection and security.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support facility, energy‑saving and infrastructure projects, supervising contractors and overseeing project execution.
• Monitor utility consumption, drive energy‑saving initiatives and cost‑reduction measures.
• Ensure strict EHS compliance, including Permit‑to‑Work (PTW), Lock‑out/Tag‑out (LOTO), personal protective equipment (PPE) and contractor safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in facility, utility, maintenance, energy or project engineering within a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good knowledge of utility systems, project coordination, contractor management and EHS requirements.
