Warehouse Leader – Hai Phong Fresh DC

About the role

The Warehouse Leader will be responsible for overseeing all operations at the Hai Phong Fresh Distribution Center. This role ensures seamless collaboration with customers, logistics service providers, and internal Samsung SDS teams to maintain high‑performance warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Hai Phong Fresh DC, ensuring productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate closely with customers, LSPs and internal departments to guarantee smooth workflow.
• Directly supervise warehouse staff, control vendor performance, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Handle key account management and maintain service level agreements.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management system (WMS) processes to optimize inventory flow.

Required profile

• University graduate with strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics warehouse operations, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Experience in fresh foods, cold‑chain, or FMCG distribution centers is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure, including overtime when needed.
