Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and on‑time delivery of components for uninterrupted production. This position works closely with planning, purchasing, production, engineering and quality teams to guarantee that the right materials are available at the right place and time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Control warehouse material movements, including receiving, put‑away, picking, and shipping.
• Oversee kitting operations and material preparation for production lines.
• Optimize stock levels to balance availability with cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve material shortages or excesses.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards within the warehouse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control or material management.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor, automotive electronics or medical device environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
