Account Manager – Social Commerce (MeLive)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead social commerce campaigns for MeLive. The role combines client relationship management with hands‑on influencer marketing to drive growth for key brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple key accounts for social commerce initiatives.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with digital marketing goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including creative, product and analytics, to ensure campaign success.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and present results to clients.
• Lead a small team of 2‑5 members, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required profile

• University degree from a recognized institution.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• At least 5 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager, with proven team‑leadership.
• Experience in influencer or social commerce marketing is a strong advantage.
