Accounting Fresher - Back Office

About the role

SmartOSC is recruiting a fresh graduate for its accounting back-office position in Hanoi. The applicant will handle basic accounting documentation and data entry under the instructions of the supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Create accounting vouchers, tables and reports in Word and Excel according to instructions
• Check and arrange accounting documents, and file input contracts as instructed
• Create payment orders in the internet banking system
• Enter data into the accounting software
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Required profile

• University graduate majoring in Accounting
• Good command of English
• Careful, hardworking and eager to learn
• High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibility

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
