Accounting Intern

About the role

The Accounting Intern will support the Global Accounting Service team in daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments and documentation. This position offers hands‑on experience in a multinational environment and exposure to various finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Global Accounting Service team to cross‑check and follow up on payment requisitions.
• Archive and organize accounting documents such as debit/credit advice, bank statements, and tax certificates.
• Update daily exchange rates and assist the Controlling team in preparing debit notes.
• Support internal audit activities and verify invoices against system data for accuracy.
• Assist with accounting system operations and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Currently in the 4th year of Finance, Accounting or Auditing studies.
• Proficient in English (writing, reading, listening, speaking).
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with accounting systems and software.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
