Accounts Payable & Administrative Assistant (Immediate Start)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable and Administrative Assistant to support our TCE Accounting Department on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The position will start immediately and focuses on processing supplier invoices to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify and process incoming invoices from General Handling Agents, trucking suppliers and airline companies.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier transactions.
• Support improvements in invoicing workflows.
• Perform weekly data entry into the accounting system.
• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to start immediately and work on a six‑month contract.
• Basic understanding of invoice processing and supplier management.
