AI Engineer – AI Agent Focus

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an AI Engineer to lead the design and development of AI agents and advanced machine‑learning solutions. You will work within the Automotive R&D Center in Ho Chi Minh City, collaborating with global teams to deliver production‑grade AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise ML/DL models for tabular data, computer vision, NLP and LLM‑based use cases.
• Build AI‑powered document understanding pipelines for PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, scanned documents and web content.
• Develop conversational AI and chatbot solutions for worldwide R&D teams.
• Implement MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, retraining and CI/CD.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise applications together with backend and software engineering teams.
• Evaluate model performance, robustness and scalability using advanced metrics.
• Support automation of testing and production workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns, and participate in agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders in Vietnam and Europe to align requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of industry experience in AI/ML, computer vision or data science.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI/ML models.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Computer vision techniques.
• NLP and LLM‑based application development.
• Langchain or Copilot Studio for AI agent creation.
• MLOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Azure DevOps or similar agile tools.
