AI Engineer (Joining Bonus)

About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City as an AI Engineer, focusing on AI‑driven tools that boost engineering productivity. Candidates with 4+ years of experience can receive a joining bonus equivalent to one month’s gross salary.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑powered tools and applications for engineering use cases, including generative AI and AI agents.
• Build and integrate large language model (LLM) solutions, data pipelines, and machine‑learning workflows.
• Support deployment, evaluation, and monitoring of AI models across global teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve software development, testing, and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work in a global, English‑speaking environment.

Required skills

• Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI development tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI‑compatible APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud), APIs, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and collaborative development workflows.
