Brand Experience Supervisor

About the role

The Brand Experience Supervisor will shape how parents and students experience the Apollo brand beyond the classroom. This role leads the creation of engagement initiatives, communication direction, and customer experience concepts that reinforce the brand’s promise across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer feedback, behavioural data, and engagement performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement brand‑experience programmes, campaigns and activation events.
• Develop communication strategies that align with brand values and enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the impact of engagement activities, providing insights for continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand experience, customer experience, communications, event activation or learning experience.
• Experience in education, membership or other relationship‑based service industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop concepts, customer journeys and multi‑channel campaigns.
