Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of our food and confectionery brands. You will shape brand strategy, drive market awareness, and oversee new product launches in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies, positioning, and marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Lead end‑to‑end new product development, including market research, concept creation, packaging design, pricing, and go‑to‑market execution.
• Conduct market research to uncover consumer insights, trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive brand communication across digital, ATL, BTL, and trade channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within food or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and executing go‑to‑market strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
