Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing programs for an assigned brand, ensuring alignment with company standards and long‑term business objectives. This role also safeguards the brand’s reputation and supports overall corporate interests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regular marketing initiatives that drive brand growth.
• Ensure all activities comply with Masan Consumer Corporation’s regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve short‑term sales targets and long‑term brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends and consumer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Protect and enhance the brand’s reputation in the marketplace.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in Marketing.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a Brand Manager role, ideally within an MNC.
• Deep understanding of the Vietnamese FMCG market and consumer behavior.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient English communication skills.
