Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our consumer‑goods portfolio, driving sustainable growth and strengthening market position. You will be responsible for annual brand planning, innovation projects and integrated marketing campaigns while collaborating across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term brand and category strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead annual brand planning, product innovation and new‑product launches.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across media channels.
• Manage brand budgets, monitor performance metrics and ensure ROI.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, R&D, finance and external agencies.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 3‑8 years of experience in brand management, marketing or product management within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of building brands, launching new products and delivering growth.
• Experience in beverage, food or consumer goods is highly desirable.
