Business Development Analyst

About the role

Mastercard’s Vietnam Business Development team is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support the execution of its growth strategy. The analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and monitor portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of business development plans aligned with Mastercard’s Vietnam market objectives.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Analyze portfolio performance and produce insights, dashboards, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of client presentations, business cases, proposals, and commercial agreements.
• Support relationship management activities with banks, fintechs, merchants, government entities, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Delivery to advance client initiatives.
• Track pipeline opportunities, revenue performance, and key business metrics.

Required profile

• Provide analytical, commercial, and operational support to the business development team.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and prepare client‑facing materials.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
