Business Development & Cash Van Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Administrator to support the Cash Van operations of a leading beverage company in Ho Chi Minh City. The role combines sales administration, performance reporting and the rollout of a sales application system, requiring strong English communication and a background in F&B or FMCG distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report Cash Van sales performance against KPI targets, guiding and supervising the team in accurate sales reporting.
• Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of the sales application system according to management direction and user requirements.
• Support distribution management activities, ensuring timely data collection and analysis for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with trade‑marketing and sales teams to align processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in sales or sales administration within F&B establishments, FMCG, or beverage distribution (alcoholic or non‑alcoholic).
• Experience with distribution management systems (DMS), trade marketing or sales administration.
• Hands‑on experience with sales application or software development projects.
• Proficient English communication skills (speaking and listening).
