Sales Supervisor – New Building Solutions

About the role

KONE Vietnam is looking for a proactive Sales Supervisor to drive business development for new building projects across the Southern region. The senior individual‑contributor will identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle and deliver tailored solutions that boost KONE’s order book and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants and other key stakeholders, engaging early in project phases.
• Identify, pursue and close new leads, design customized solutions and manage pricing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Solutions Engineering and operations to ensure smooth handover and order booking.
• Promote KONE’s digital portfolio and gather market intelligence, reporting pipeline status and performance metrics in CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably B2B in construction, building technologies or industrial solutions.
• Proven track record in project sales with established relationships with owners, contractors and consultants.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
• Experience using digital sales platforms and tools to present solutions and gather market insights.
