About the role

The Sales Manager will drive B2B sales of steel and metal‑processing products for VSSC Steel Center, a Samsung C&T‑managed facility located in Ho Chi Minh City. VSSC Steel Center specializes in slitting, cut‑to‑length processing and trading of pre‑painted, electro‑galvanized, hot‑dip galvanized, and cold‑rolled steel. The role focuses on expanding key accounts, negotiating contracts and leading the sales team while collaborating with production, logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in steel, metal processing or as a supplier to Samsung.
Proven experience in supervising teams or providing sales leadership.
Strong negotiation, communication and key‑account development abilities.
Analytical thinking, planning and problem‑solving skills.
Good English communication in an FDI environment.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
