Business Development Executive (Logistics)

About the role

The Business Development Executive will create new revenue streams for JTT Logistics by targeting key verticals such as toys & games, electronics, and garments/footwear. This ground‑floor position is the first dedicated sales role in Ho Chi Minh City, offering the chance to shape the company’s market presence from the start.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients in the targeted verticals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track market trends and provide feedback to refine the sales strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese; Chinese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably within toys, electronics, or garments.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a startup environment.
