Calibration Engineer Intern – Signal Processing/Physics Motion

About the role

The Calibration Engineer Intern will join Bosch's Occupant Safety Systems team in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting the development and calibration of airbag electronic control units. This role focuses on processing crash sensor data, tuning algorithms, and ensuring compliance with global safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect vehicle crash data from the laboratory and import it into a crash database for simulation.
• Calibrate algorithm parameters using Bosch internal tools to meet customer and regulatory deployment performance (CN‑NCAP, EU‑NCAP, ASEAN‑NCAP).
• Prepare detailed calibration reports for customers.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and testing teams to ensure reliable airbag system operation.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Automotive, Electrical, Physical, Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
• Availability for a full‑time internship (minimum 4 days per week) from 02 Apr to 25 Sep 2026.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
