Country EHS & WCM Manager

About the role

The Country EHS & WCM Manager will lead Saint‑Gobain Vietnam’s environmental, health, safety and world‑class manufacturing initiatives. This senior position is responsible for embedding a strong safety culture across all sites while ensuring regulatory compliance and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of EHS, sustainability, site risk, business continuity and crisis‑management programs across Saint‑Gobain Vietnam operations.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards, supporting permitting and risk‑management processes for operational and investment projects.
• Drive the implementation of EHS systems, tools and best practices to strengthen safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an EHS Manager in heavy manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong technical engineering background with solid knowledge of EHS regulations, risk management and sustainability practices.
