Quản trị và phát triển nhân tài - Tham gia lập kế hoạch và triển khai các kỳ Talent Review định kỳ; chuẩn bị, tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu, tài liệu phục vụ đánh giá.- Phối hợp với các đơn vị đánh giá hiệu suất, tiềm năng và mức độ sẵn... Yêu cầu: - Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân lực, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Luật hoặc các ngành liên quan.- Có kiến thức về Talent Review, 9-Box Grid, Succession Planning, Competency Framework, Career Development, IDP và các phương pháp phát triển nhân tài.- Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong...
