HR Intern – Learning & Development

About the role

Join Bosch's Learning & Development team as an HR Intern, supporting onboarding and training initiatives while gaining exposure to global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding program delivery.
• Assist with post‑training administration, including certification collection and document archiving.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training materials and activities.
• Follow up on project tracking, processes, and procedures.
• Take on additional responsibilities within the team as needed.

Required profile

• Under‑graduate student eligible for a full‑time internship of up to 6 months.
• Available Monday‑Friday, able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
• Strong workload management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce environment.
