About the role

The Claim Assessor will manage daily healthcare claims for both reimbursement and direct billing cases, ensuring compliance with the operating manual and internal guidelines. This role requires accurate assessment, timely communication, and diligent follow‑up with hospitals and providers.

Key responsibilities

Administer healthcare claims in line with company policies and service level agreements.
Assess claim validity, update system records, and provide status updates.
Coordinate with hospitals and providers to obtain approval or denial decisions.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing of reimbursements and direct billing.

Required profile

Degree in Biomedical Science, Allied Health, Nursing, Biological Sciences or related field.
1‑3 years of experience in healthcare claims, customer service, or a hospital environment.
Strong understanding of insurance and hospital audit processes.
