Medical Representative – Hanoi

About the role

The Medical Representative will develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory in Hanoi, promoting Servier’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
• Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting the products.
• Serve as a product expert and key contact for customers, ensuring Servier products are available to more patients.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on all implemented marketing campaigns.
• Give customer feedback and information on competitor activity to the marketing team.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and ensure accurate data in the key customer database.
• Communicate effectively with co‑promotion colleagues and other team members to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• Basic qualification: BS/BA Pharmacist or Doctor background.
• Minimum experience: 1‑2 years in a similar position at an MNC; open to fresh graduates.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic and passionate about business.
• Teamwork, integrity and compliance.
