Consumer Insights Executive

About the role

The Consumer Insights Executive will support the Consumer Insights Leader in monitoring the market, conducting consumer research, and translating data into actionable insights that guide OPPO Vietnam’s business and brand strategies. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in research, a curiosity about consumer behavior, and a strong desire to develop their analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in tracking market trends and consumer attitudes across Vietnam.
• Support the design, execution, and data collection of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Analyse research findings using Excel and SPSS, and prepare clear reports and visualisations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure insights are integrated into product, marketing and brand decisions.
• Maintain research databases and keep insight documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in market research, consumer research or data analysis.
• Experience in a research agency or a brand’s insight/marketing function is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SPSS or similar statistical software.
