Customer Experience Agent (9-Month Contractor)

About the role

Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is hiring a Customer Experience Agent as a 9-month contractor. The agent acts as the primary point of contact for key customers, manages the end-to-end shipment process and drives customer service excellence. The contract is not automatically renewed after its term.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end shipment process in line with company procedures and customer agreements.
• Own all customer issues and resolve them promptly by engaging internal stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand their business needs, drivers and desires.
• Keep customers informed of issues or shipment changes and regularly review and update SOPs and IOPs.
• Identify and execute upselling opportunities and drive service delivery excellence.

Required profile

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations management, customer experience or similar roles in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Native Vietnamese and professional English.

Required skills

• Experience with supply chain management or end-to-end products is a big plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, well organized and able to solve problems creatively.
