Customer Service Manager (Building)

About the role

The Building Customer Service Manager leads daily operations and ensures high‑quality service for residents and tenants in our properties. You will coordinate staff, manage resident interactions, and uphold service standards across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, work schedules, shift coverage and staff performance while maintaining service and grooming standards.
• Supervise resident profiles, facility bookings, temporary residence arrangements and utility transfers.
• Resolve resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer service communications, approve resident notices and coordinate with security and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customer service software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
