Data Analyst & Operational Excellence Specialist

About the role

The Operational Excellence Specialist will drive operational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making for the 4PL Control Tower. Combining data analytics, reporting optimisation, system enhancements and process improvement, the role supports business performance across logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Standardise and harmonise reporting across the Control Tower.
• Automate workflows and develop dashboards using Power BI, SQL and Excel.
• Support system testing, enhancements and user training.
• Document and improve business processes, creating clear workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in data analysis, business process improvement or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering process‑improvement projects and workflow documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business actions.

Required skills

• Power BI
• SQL
• Advanced Excel (including macros)
• Transport Management System (TMS) knowledge
• Business Objects or Crystal Reporting (preferred)
