DevOps Engineer – Joining Bonus

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSV) is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join its Hanoi office. The position offers a Q4 joining bonus equivalent to one month’s gross salary for eligible candidates who start by the end of 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD lifecycle, including repository management, automated image building, containerization and Kubernetes deployment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for deployments across regions (Europe and APAC), providing full‑lifecycle support and writing infrastructure/application code.
• Drive infrastructure modernization by keeping applications on the latest technology stack and participating in code/infrastructure reviews.
• Research, benchmark and test emerging platforms (cloud‑native, hybrid cloud, alternative software solutions) to support scalable growth.
• Provide cross‑regional support, ensuring seamless production operations and continuous improvement of the system landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience, specifically with Kubernetes ecosystem management.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration and networking concepts.

Required skills

• Kubernetes (K8s) and container technologies (Docker, Podman).
• CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Python programming (FastAPI is a plus) and YAML configuration.
• IT networking knowledge including K8s CNI, Ingress/Egress, DNS.
• Familiarity with workflow automation (Apache Airflow) and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure).
