Junior DevOps Engineer (1-3 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Linux infrastructure, and support automation tools in our Hanoi office. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable delivery of software and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins.
• Administer Linux nodes and manage infrastructure‑as‑code with Docker and Ansible.
• Automate tasks and provide technical support for infrastructure and Jenkins.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and maintain network architecture overview.
• Manage inter‑service communication tools such as Artifactory, Nexus, Elasticsearch and New Relic.
• Write customized Dockerfiles and administer hardware devices like switches and PDUs.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, especially Jenkins.
• Strong Linux administration skills and experience with Docker and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Ruby or similar scripting languages (Groovy, Java).
• Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum) and good English communication.
