Junior Java Developer (1-3 years experience) – 3 positions

About the role

We are looking for three Junior Java Developers with hands‑on experience in structured databases and JSON files to join Bosch’s software development team in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in system development – design, implementation and testing – and at least one year of experience in diagnostic data creation, database modelling or IT project communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java‑based web applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Create and manage automobile diagnostic data content and optimise database schemas (SQL, XML, JSON).
• Collaborate with customers and overseas vendors, ensuring clear communication and delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with diagnostic protocols such as UDS, KWP and DOIP.
• Contribute to standards and tools related to ODX and OTX.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Java full‑stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and database interaction.
• Solid understanding of JSON file handling and data manipulation.
• Problem‑resolution mindset with attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills and native‑level Japanese.
