Digital & Platform Management Manager

About the role

The Digital & Platform Management Manager will lead the localisation and deployment of digital platforms for Eisai Vietnam. You will work closely with regional teams, affiliates, KOLs and third‑party partners to ensure digital content is relevant for the Vietnamese market and effectively reaches healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the East Asia and Global South (EAGS) regional team and local affiliates to customise digital content for platforms such as Cogmate.
• Localise and adapt digital assets to suit Vietnamese healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Introduce and promote newly launched platforms to HCPs, KOLs and partner organisations.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party entities and monitor platform performance.
• Support omnichannel strategies to enhance digital engagement across multiple channels.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Digital Marketing (essential); a degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with exposure to Alzheimer’s or Dementia‑related projects.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Proven experience with digital tools and platform management.
